Day 1: Arrival in Lushoto Arrive in the historic German town of Lushoto, the vibrant heart of the Usambaras.
Day 2: Hike from Lushoto to Mkuzi (4 hours) Embark on a scenic hike through the magnificent Magamba Forest, where you may spot Colobus monkeys and colorful chameleons.
Day 3: Hike from Mkuzi to Lukozi (6 hours) Continue your journey to Lukozi, with an overnight stay at a local homestay. Immerse yourself in the authentic daily life of the community.
Day 4: Hike from Lukozi to Rangwi (7 hours) Conclude your adventure with a hike to Rangwi, where you’ll spend the night at the enigmatic Rangwi Sisters Convent.
Day 5: 5 hours hike from Rangwi to MamboViewPoint and continuation of your stay in one of our comfortable accommodations.
Option 1: Stay for one or more day’s at MamboViewPoint
Option 2: Visit Mkomazi national park before your hike or at the end.
Option 3: Stay all days @ MamboViewPoint and enjoy the walks around the lodge.
