Our Eco Lodge offers you a variety of accommodations, each one with his own, personal style and adapted to your traveling needs.
In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, every cottage is equipped with bathroom with toilet, shower, basin and basic toiletries, double beds with solid mattresses, possibility of adding extra beds, solar lights and large glass windows to enjoy the views that will easily take your breath away.

2-bedroom house, built on an isolated shoulder on the mountain is a perfect accommodation for larger parties or for those seeking a bit of solitude. You will enjoy the stunning views during the day and some very quiet nights. Small kitchen with a gas-cooker, living room with a fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a spectacular terrace make it a fantastic place for celebrations or peaceful retreats.
Luxury tents

On top of a comfortable parking spot for your car and tent, the staff will happily provide you with information about the most spectacular routes and destinations to visit in the area. Experienced car technician available on the spot – one of the rare ones in the Usambaras.
Dorms – backpackers

For budget stays, choose a shared bedroom, up to 4 people, with a shared bathroom (up to 11 people) or a place in a dorm (up to 12 people) with a solid mattress and bedding on request.
All inclusive packages
First person $ 130 per day/night
Every following person $ 70 peer day/night
The all-inclusive option has a guide, all stays, all food, transport of luggage and pickup-and drop-off service. Also, if the program changes due to unforeseen circumstances like tiredness the program can be changed without extra costs.
General conditions:
Payment: Payment in advance for half of the B&B rates is required to secure all reservations. For one night reservations and camping we require 100% advance payment. Payment for the balance, food, guided tours etc. can be made at the end of your stay. Sender is responsible for all bank transfer fees. Non-accommodation payments incurred at the hotel are accepted preferable in Tanzanian Shillings, but also Euros or USD, or electronic bank transfers (subject to hotel exchange rates). Please note that, due to the fact that local banks do not accept USD notes dated prior to 2006, we also are unable to accept them.

Cancellation Policy
Because of the high banking costs there is no refund in case of a down payment of 50% or less for all bookings, or 100% in case of one night stay or camping, group stays, or bookings secured by Tour Operators.
In all other cases the down payment over 50% will be refunded minus the banking costs if the cancellation is not more than 14 days before the first day of the booking. In case of 14 days or less before the stay, no refund is possible. Although our invoice is in dollars when you are in Mambo we prefer a final payment in shillings, but payment in dollars, bank transfer, PayPal is also possible. We offer a fair exchange rate.
Note: All rates are exclusive TDL (Tourist Development Levy) and VDF (Village Development Fund), both $ 1.50 per night.
