What an amazing delight to find you at the top of the mountain. We were very happy to stay in one of the most beautiful places of Tanzania.

TourMenuMany people visit Tanzania to climb the highest African mountain the Kilimanjaro or the Mount Meru.

About climbing the Kilimajaro or Mount Meru
Unfortunately we as MamboViewPoint are getting many complains about climbing the mountains. The climbing staff (guides and porters) work conditions are bad, are paid too less, the value for money was discussable or they did not manage to reach the top because they were not prepared enough.
Here is our advise:
Don't race upon the mountain

Many people just come from abroad and "race' up to the mountain.
Don't do that but turn your trip around.

1. Start to relax from your daily business on Zanzibar or along the
    coast with Pangani.
2. Spend a view days with MamboViewPoint to acclimatize on a high
altitude (1900m) and improve your condition with some nice
    mountain walks.
3. Climb the Kilimajaro or Mount Meru with a trusted tour operator who
organizes fair climbs. They will pay their staff good and will provide
good material and conditions. Don't take a short route but take your
time. (in case of the Kili take at least 7 days and not 6 or even
4. If required you can finish your holiday with a game drive in the
Serengeti, Morogoro crater or much cheaper in Mkomazi national
